Gὂreme is a huge national park under the open sky with magnificent early Christian cavate temples and fraters. There are unusual churches with poetical and even odd names. The park is a valley and cliffs with the temples inside. There is something heavenly and alien in the landscapes. Ancient wall-paintings leave a celestial impression.
