Catedral de Sevilla
Cathedral of Seville, Andalusia’s pride and monument of Gothic architecture, was built on the site of a mosque in the XV-XVI centuries. Christopher Columbus is believed to be buried here, however, you should visit the cathedral not only to honour the great seafarer but first of all to see the cathedral unique appearance, which is woven into an abundance of patterns and decorative details. The visitors simply cannot help being impressed by the splendor and  the grandeur of the cathedral.

Regular services take place in Seville Cathedral. During the Mass it is open to the local population. The Seville Cathedral is the largest Gothic cathedral in Europe, however, the cost of tickets is not as high as in many other European sites.
Visit to the Basilica and the towers of the monument will become an unforgettable experience as well as the walk through the orange garden in the courtyard. On the territory of the cathedral there is famous Giralda bell tower, which rises 114 m. Having climbed it, you can observe the neighborhood of Seville, enjoy the colors of the Spanish sky and take look at the monumental cathedral from an unusual angle.
