Ho Chi Minh City is a bustling, bright and dynamic metropolis, where tourists can see and even take part in the local ceremonies, taste exotic dishes and admire Asian color. Colonial buildings, for example, Notre- Dame of Vietnam, are found side by side with the tunnels of Cu Chi and traditional swami houses. There are lots of well-groomed parks. Along with them, the city is full of seedy quarters steeped with ruffian and almost criminal romance. Curiously enough, this attracts many tourists.
